Each of us comes into this life with a vast creative potential. Opening and expressing our unique nature is an exciting, creative, nourishing process. Learning Nature’s sensory language enables us to “hear” nature’s wisdom through culture’s numbing impact. Nature is a powerful antidote to the daily challenges we face at home in our communities, and in our world.
I am a certified Natural Systems Thinking Process facilitator, and with my background in Applied Ecopsychology and Nature-based Healing, I'm pleased to offer my skills and knowledge to help you deepen your healing relationship with Nature.
If you feel you could benefit from a weekly phone connection you can contract with me to assist you in designing a personalized nature-based healing program. I charge $30 for each 30-minute phone session, arranged with you in advance. (Phone charges are yours.) Your initial commitment to 4 sessions is required. After four sessions we will discuss your progress and how you'd like to proceed.
You will have specific weekly assignments and activities to perform and a journal to document your experience, thoughts and insights. You will tackle barriers, enlist support, and increase opportunities to heal with nature throughout your day. You move at your own pace and in your own way.
Studies show that the benefits of connecting with nature are many. Nature improves our ability to think, relax, heal, and be creative. Most importantly, a positive relationship with the natural world cultivates sustainable thinking and behavior.
